My responsibilities span software development, CRM and business systems, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, networking, CCTV, digital signage, virtual fitness technologies, procurement, end-user support and digital transformation initiatives. I lead the design, implementation and maintenance of the group's technology ecosystem, ensuring scalability, reliability and operational excellence across all brands.
